My first day with Indy 2009

So this is a little old and all but I thought I would post it still. I took my friend out with me, who is also a parelli person and of course horsey! She took a bunch of pictures for me some of which are amazing!

The first one she took! I LOVE it except my eyes just ruin it! haha I was being sarcastic about something and she took it. But he looks amazing in it!

I'm thinking my LBI had High energy for awhile! This is my future oh maybe barrel racer? just maybe :P

My favourite Liberty picture of him... well my secound favourite! I love this shot everything just seems to fit together and he's having fun running around!

Brought him up to the barn too grab my carrot stick, halter and 22 foot line. I quite like this picture!

Playing the circling game, Lose rope(I try not to let it too lose because the snow catches it and makes him react too it) and he's bent into the circle and his head it tilter towards me! I love it!

Now this is my friend playing the circling game with him, tighter rope, and he's not bent into the circle and his nose is almost tipping out.

And the last picture, I quite like it. It's a differnt angle for sure considering i was sitting in the snow, and he's not square to me so It's some interesting angles going on!

Overall it was a cold day, so I didn't do a whole lot of playing and riding. But just working on refineing the games on the 22 foot line, getting father away on the line and most comfortable with it and that it's okay if I'm that far away! lol Riding I was just working on scary things! haha I was on bareback, and I had a sled which had a string, I had the shovel through the string so I could carry it and not have to get off! He was totally comfortable with that so I though okay we'll trot well he didn't like that and started to go sideways quickly in a panic. I let go of the shovel turned him towards it and made sure I didn't fall to the ground! But I didn't because I went to the pushing passenger right away!

So then I got my friend to pull the sled while I was on it and I troted far away from in and got closer and closer, he was curious george about it too though. and eventually it was all good to trot with the sled! So that was our adventure for the day!

But I'm out going to go do something semi prductive not sure what though! haha maybe write another one of these!

Losing my blog virginity and Intro

So hear I go losing it! Gesh
SO welcome to my online life! The one where I do as much as I can to keep myself from dyeing of boredem! Because I can't always be with my horse, Indy. And I have school and a job I'm pretty busy SOMEtimes! haha I still have alot of time on my hands to do other things.
So I've been riding horses for 8-9 years now, been into parelli for 4 or so years now. I'm a big Arabian fan, that lives in a Quarter horse town.
I ride just about everything, and have the basics of about everything with my horse. I've officially passed my level 1 and working to pass my level 2 this spring!I have a Bay arabian Gelging named Indy or show name Indigo bay. I've been with him for just over a year and a half. I show performance(WP,HUS, trail ect.) and speed events(barrel racing, pole bending, flag race ect.)I would love to get into reining but dont have any place to do it all! I also would like to start cow work with him.I'm soon too open up a show clothing store(horse and human wear)

So yea that's like the horse side of me and all! lol the other side of me is differnt, not so country! haha
I'm on My high school wrestling, it's my frist year. I have one offcial medal(silver) and then my other tournamet I got 4th/5th which I was happy with considering I had little mat time in my first tourny and I was against a national champ, someone who was in it for 4 years, I was scared shitless and I got a bleeding nose and a bruised face! :D yea

I'm also into graphic arts and Website design. ever since in gr.7 I was playing around with photoshop I was addicted to it! gr.8 I purchased adobe photoshop elements 4.0 and have been having so much fun with it! Once I started that I got interested in HTML to design my own websites. I have done about 5 websites now, one professional business card and a bunch of differnt images for people(mainly horse)

So yea that is about it and all.

My plan for this blog is to share my parelli/horse adventrues, which will help me keep track as to what i do and when I do it and maybe meet some new people from around places! I'm a really nice person and would love to chat!
